About Dr. Resnick

The Sushruta Samhita is a Sanskrit text, foundational to Aruryvedic medicine.  There are 184 chapters, where 1120 illnesses are described.  The text describes 700 medicinal plants, 64 mineral preparations and 57 preparations based on animal sources.
